2 days hands on training
Eligibility- Civil Engineering student (Semester 5 completed)
Engineering graduates often face difficulty to connect the theory learnt in their college days with the practical challenges they face in the field. This issue could be resolved only by practicing the lessons by doing. The two day workshop intends to impart practical knowledge to civil engineering students by providing hands on training. The highlights are:-
- Course content includes field oriented works from the syllabus portion covered or supposed to be covered in the regular academic curriculum
- The sessions will be a combination of activity oriented and hands-on training
- Exposure to different types of drawings, planning in a plot, arch masonry, brick pillars and steps, structural drawings, beam reinforcement, column reinforcement, isolated footing reinforcement, material estimation etc.
- Minimum number of participants for a batch/college : 40-50
