  • Minimum 20 years of work experience in planning / designing/ supervision / project appraisal of large cities/ industrial regions with allied infrastructure, out of which,
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience shall be as team leader/ project director of similar project.

Desirable:

  • International experience in similar projects preferred.

2.

Project Director-2

Essential:

  • M.B.A. in Finance or C.A. with appropriate 20 years professional experience.
  • 20 years of work experience in program management and worked as PPP Expert for at least 10 urban infrastructure projects.

Desirable:

  • Experience in SEZs, industrial parks, business districts and other urban domains.
  • Experience in international assessments preferred.

3.

Project Director- 3

Essential:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering with Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
  • Minimum 20 years of appropriate experience in Corridor Development.

 Desirable:

  • Experience in preparation of feasibility/ perspective plans, DPRs for industrial and economic corridors, smart city infrastructure, other major infra projects, etc.

4.

Project Director- 4

Essential:

  • Master’s Degree in Science or Bachelor Degree in Engineering, as per the provisions of latest QCA-NABET Accreditation Scheme.
  • Minimum  20 years of appropriate experience in in EIA Studies, Initial Environmental Examination, preparation of Environment Management Plan and supervising & monitoring implementation of the plans of infrastructure, industrial and institutional projects.
  • NABET Accreditation as Functional Area Expert or EIA Co-ordinator in any of the following sectors – Highways, Building & Construction Projects, Township & Area Development Projects. 

Desirable:

  • Experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, Area Development projects, Clean Development Mechanism, addressing environmental safeguards compliance issues and preparation of environmental safeguards monitoring report.
  • Experience in advisory position on procedures involved in obtaining Environmental/Forest clearances.
  • Experience in International project funded by funding agencies like World Bank, Asian Development Bank, etc.
  • Local experience in Infrastructure projects.

II. Domain/ Sector Expert

Project Manager- Finance

 Essential:

  • MBA in finance or C.A.
  • Minimum 15 years’ professional experience in project appraisal/ project financing / project structuring / feasibility analysis of various business models for large cities and industrial regions with allied infrastructure.
  • Candidate should have exposure of commercial ventures/ business models and working experience in finance team in large fund raising project.

3.

Project Manager- Legal

 Essential:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a nationally or internationally reputed Institution.
  • Minimum 15 years’ work experience in legal team in large fund raising project and should have sound knowledge of regulatory practices followed by Securities and Exchange Board of India, Reserve Bank of India, Government of India and other regulatory bodies. Experience in supporting clients in adhering to compliance requirements.

4.

Project Manager Investment Promotion Expert

 Essential:

  • MBA in Marketing / Infrastructure Development
  • Minimum 15 years’ appropriate professional experience in investment promotion (strategy, planning and implementation including event management and creation of collaterals, ease of doing business.) for state/ central government. Proven experience in research, analysis, report writing and presentation related to policy and investment promotion, among others.
