- Quality Control for Buildings (RCC buildings and lead bearing structures) Roads, bridges and Steel structures ( especially trusses)
- General Introduction Statutory clearances:- Compliance with local body norms, fire norms, electrical clearances and approval
- Tender preparation, its norms, types etc.
- Method of measurement, RA bill preparation and quantity estimates, DSR, Rate analysis
- Introduction to structural design and familiarisation of drawings and detailing.
